For candidates

  1. Upload your CV. PDF or DOCX. We extract every role, skill, and achievement into a structured profile in about a minute.
  2. Review and tighten. We point at gaps relative to the roles you want next: missing numbers, vague phrasing, skills the market expects. You fix what you want, on your time.
  3. Stay visible, anonymously by default. Recruiters see your skills, experience shape, and gauges. Your name and contact are hidden until you choose, or until a recruiter pays to reveal.
  4. Get notified, decide. When a recruiter reveals or nudges you with a role, you decide whether to reply. No spam, no auto-reply.

Free, forever. Your CV stays yours; nothing about it leaves the platform without your action.

For recruiters

  1. Describe the role. Paste a job description or fill the criteria form. AI parses your JD and pre-fills the structured fields.
  2. See a small ranked shortlist. Five close matches, three worth exploring. Each comes with a plain-English summary explaining why.
  3. Reveal or nudge. Reveal unlocks the candidate's name, contact, and CV. Nudge sends a job link and lets the candidate decide whether to apply. Both cost credits.
  4. Pay only when you act. Search is free. Reveals cost 6 credits. Nudges cost 2. Buy credits in packs that fit your hiring volume.

What we don't do

  • We're not a job board. There are no public listings.
  • We're not an ATS. We hand off to your existing one.
  • We don't scrape the open web for profiles. Every candidate opted in.
  • We don't sell to either side's employers, recruiters, or competitors.
