Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. You agree to give us accurate information and not impersonate anyone. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Honesty (candidates)

AI helps you express what is already true. Don't use it to invent claims. Recruiters verify, and inflated profiles get removed.

Honesty (recruiters)

Don't spam candidates. Don't reveal identities you do not intend to engage. Don't share candidate contact information outside your own hiring process.

Credits

Credits are non-refundable. They have no cash value and don't expire. They can only be used inside NextSelecta to reveal or nudge candidates.

What we don't guarantee

We don't guarantee that you'll be matched, that a recruiter will reach out, or that any role will be filled. The service is provided as-is.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at the credits you've purchased in the 12 months preceding any claim.
